Director - Corporate Services


A dymanic leadership role at an influential member association, the Director - Corporate Services is an important member of the leadership team. The position is responsible for the finance, budgeting and governance functions as well as statutory compliance requirements.

The role reports to the Chief Executive and supports the Board, particularly through the Finance, Risk and Audit Committee. This role also acts as the Company Secretary.

The successful applicant must be be able to provide the leadership, management and vision necessary to deliver on organisational compliance and implement the necessary reporting procedures and systems to effectively grow the financial strength and operating efficiency of AAA. 

The position has two direct reports. Accounting qualifications are required and experience at a membership organisation would be highly regarded.
