Assistant Director - Clinical Advice, Design & Research

About the company:
Our client is a Government agency tasked with making life easier, accessible, and equitable for thousands of individuals and families across Australia.  A great opportunity for a qualified Health professional to join a large growing Federal Government in a clinical advisory and research capacity, on a 12-month temporary assignment.

About the role:

  • Undertaking detailed or sensitive research projects 
  • Stakeholder engagement - internal and external 
  • Planning and conducting workshops with key stakeholders and clients
  • Using co-design methods that support the development of clinical and non-clinical assessments
  • Generating communication plans and reports in relation to research findings and design ideas
  • Working with key stakeholders in the organisation and providing evidence informed advice 
  • Policy and procedure reviews 

About you:

  • You will have experience working in the development and administration of clinical assessments
  • You will have experience in qualitative research
  • You will have excellent stakeholder engagements skills both internal and external 
  • You will have experience working in the disability sector, and an understanding of NDIS legislation 
  • You will ideally have a relevant medical or health care qualification
  • You will ideally have experience working in workforce management or education

Benefits:

  • ASAP start (pending Federal Police Clearance) 
  • 12 month temporary assignment
  • Full time hours Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day 
  • $602.55 per day + super
  • Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide or Perth locations considered
