As the Team Leader Operations – Sustainable Agriculture with the North Coast LLS you will be leading a multidisciplinary team, solving complex problems and prioritising projects and initiatives in sustainable agriculture. You will report directly to the General Manager and be part of the North Coast Leadership Team. To succeed in this role you will have experience leading a multi-disciplinary team/s, be results and client focused, deliver strategic targeted outcomes, and foster a value based culture within your team and the broader organisation.
