Power and Water Corporation is a Northern Territory Government (NTG) owned utility that operates across a geographic area of 1.3 million square kilometres and within a range of diverse environmental conditions, ranging from the arid dry of the central desert to the tropical monsoon of the top end. The corporation generates, transmits and distributes electricity, supplies water and wastewater treatment services across the Northern Territory (NT) for the benefit of residents, including remote and isolated Aboriginal communities and outstations.

We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Senior Manager – Service Delivery South to join our organisation. Reporting directly to the Executive General Manager - Water Services this role will see you based in Alice Springs and responsible for providing strategic level support to the operational and service delivery functions across major, minor and remote communities in the southern region.

We are looking for a candidate who has extensive knowledge and experience in the operation, repairs and maintenance of water and wastewater systems, including collection, transfer, treatment and disposal. The successful candidate will have extensive experience delivering high level strategic leadership and resource management both financial and human, with a proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team to deliver in a highly complex operating environment. Your demonstrated success as a leader within the utility sector, partnered with strong business acumen and a positive results oriented attitude will see you succeed in this role.

Relevant tertiary level qualifications, and knowledge of the utility industry and associated issues pertaining to the NT would be viewed favourably.
