Chief Executive Officer

  • They are seeking an exceptional and motivated leader for the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who will work closely with the dedicated staff and board to realise the organisation's strategic plan and empower individuals with disabilities.

The CEO's role is comprehensive, encompassing strategic leadership, governance, and operational excellence. This includes collaborating with the Board to develop and execute the organisation's Mission, Vision, and Strategic Plan, all tailored to the unique needs of individuals with disabilities.

Key responsibilities involve active participation in Board meetings, presenting financial reports, and planning for future growth. The CEO will drive sustainable expansion in Social Enterprises, Day Services, NDIS programs, and student enrolments, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and financial viability.

Transparency and accountability are pivotal, demonstrated through the preparation of annual reports and effective stakeholder communication. Financial management is a central duty, encompassing budget development and performance optimisation across profit centres.

Engagement with external stakeholders, such as government departments, funding bodies, and peak bodies, is critical for fostering positive relationships and partnerships. The CEO will serve as the public face of the organisation, advocating its mission and values.

The development of policies aligning with NDIS Quality and Safeguard guidelines and NESA registration is a priority. Additionally, the CEO will lead recruitment efforts to build a skilled and compassionate workforce, which is essential for Elouera Association's success and positive impact.
