Head of Global Financial Planning & Analysis

 

About the role

Reporting to the Chief Financial & Strategy Officer, this role will oversee and lead the short and long-term financial planning process for Treasury Premium Brands (TPB) globally – including risk assessment and management, and continuous improvement. 

In addition, it will lead the TPB divisional management reporting function to provide services to the TPB Managing Director and CFO along with the TWE Group Financial Controller and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. 

  • Lead the budget, IBP financials and forecasting process to ensure TPB and its region have an accurate detailed base for managing performance, risks, opportunities and regular updates on likely financial outcomes.
  • Lead the financial build of the TPB long term strategic plan (5 Year Plan) 
  • Define and deliver a Financial Planning and Analysis process for the TPB business unit
  • Set the process and timetables to ensure cohesion in FP&A processes and outputs for all regions within the TPB business unit – this includes ANZ, Europe and Asia.
  • Support the Investor Relations team to produce high quality inputs for external reporting to shareholders, Investor analysts and financial press through the key half year and full year reporting periods.
  • Support the Group Financial Control and Treasury Business Solutions (TBS) Record to Report (RTR) team to ensure the integrity of all financial data within the Group's reporting systems.

About you

Degree qualified in a finance discipline coupled with ICAA, CPA and/or SIA, you will have 10+ years’ operating within financial roles in a multinational consumer products company.

  • Experience in working in companies with global exposures, including foreign currency impacts
  • Experience in Integrated Business Planning is preferable
  • Experience at both an operational level and corporate level
  • Strong analytical, planning and information presentation skills
  • Well developed leadership ability  with strong organisational and interpersonal skills
