About Us

Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission. 

Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'. 

Our people enable the Courts Group to deliver on each jurisdictions own strategic priorities while also pursuing strategic opportunities that are interconnected and deliver benefits more broadly.

We're growing our People Services team and have exciting opportunities across the HR value chain from people and culture grads to senior business partners.

About the Role

  • Lead a dedicated team to drive talent acquisition across Courts Group.
  • Lead transformation initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and improve candidate and hiring manager experiences.
  • Source and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies and tools to attract top talent.
  • Design and streamline end-to-end processes to ensure compliance with employment legislation and manage risk effectively.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive recruitment culture within the organisation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

About You

  • Proven track record of success in talent acquisition in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams to achieve results.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field preferred.
