CX Data and Systems Analyst

We have an opportunity for a high-performing Customer Experience (CX) Data and Systems Analyst to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.

 

Council’s Customer Experience and Business Improvement (CX&BI) department is responsible for frontline customer service, the implementation of a Customer Experience (CX) strategy and Banyule Service Promise as well as the development of an organisation wide continuous improvement capability.

 

The CX Data and Systems Analyst is responsible for delivery support of the CX Strategy through the analysis and administration of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM).  The role is process-oriented and requires close attention to detail and analytical thinking. The position requires in-depth knowledge of data analysis, reporting requirements, system analysis and system improvements such as managing customer request types, workflow configuration and other related process flows for local government. This role acts as the IT Liaison for the CX Strategy team.

 

To be successful you will need:

  • Tertiary qualified in IT or business related discipline and/ or relevant experience managing systems including user permissions, customer data, customer requests and workflow configuration 
  • Demonstrated experience in the development and presentation of performance reporting in dashboards and reports
  • Skilled in analytical reasoning and communication
  • Confidence in delivering training and representing team at meetings
  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements to technical requirements for IT partners
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships and pro-actively collaborate with all areas of an organisation
  • Evidence of COVID vaccination
