Waste management firm Transpacific’s CEO, Kevin Campbell, has announced his intention to step down from the position.

In his announcement to the board, Mr Campbell said that he was no longer able to provide long term commitment needed to carry on the job.

The Board has accepted the Mr Campbell’s resignation, and has appointed Spencer Stuart to start an international search for a successor.

“We thank Kevin for his contribution as CEO. His leadership has been important at a time when the Group has begun a process of transformation and has achieved a stronger capital position,” Transpacific Chairman Martin Hudson said.
