Bacchus Marsh Grammar is an independent, co-educational non-denominational, Prep Reception to Year 12 School with three vibrant campuses in Melbourne’s west. The school prides itself on being an employer of choice and the professionalism, diligence and quality of its staff.
Position
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated IT professional to lead our schools ICT Services Department.
The Director of ICT Services has oversight and responsibility of all aspects of Information and Communications Technology within Bacchus Marsh Grammar and has a primary focus of supporting and enhancing learning and administrative operations. The position will drive strategy and influence demand for new and innovative ICT ideas and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure long term capability and alignment to the school strategic plan.
The Director of ICT Services oversees and leads a team of 9 employees across two campuses. This position is also responsible for the oversite and management of external contractors affiliated with the ICT department.
The Director of ICT requires strong analytical, communication, change management and project management skills, and provides clarity of direction and displays leadership. The Director of ICT must have a demonstrated capability to assist staff in integrating ICT into teaching and learning, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
This is a full time, ongoing position, based at the Maddingley Campus located in Bacchus Marsh. There is a requirement for the position to travel and work from all campus locations as required. An attractive salary is on offer for the preferred applicant.
