Clinical Governance Manager

The Opportunity
The Clinical Governance Manager is responsible for supporting HealthShare NSW's (HSNSW) Clinical & Corporate Governance, Risk and Safety (CCGRS) and other HSNSW business lines, to ensure a high standard of clinical governance is supported and maintained across procurement and operational activities.

Eligibility Requirements
- Meet essential requirements as outlined in the Position Description and ensure they are referenced in your resume or answers to targeted questions.
- Extensive experience and a record of achievement in patient safety & clinical quality improvement in a large and complex service environment, including relevant clinical qualifications and Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration or equivalent registration and membership with national peak body. ·
- An expert in patient safety programs, clinical risk identification, clinical incident and complaint management and quality improvement methodologies within the healthcare system setting.

COVID-19 Vaccination Compliance
All NSW Health workers are required to have completed an up-to-date course of a COVID-19 vaccine (3 doses for Category A roles) which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). New applicants must have completed the COVID-19 vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate.
Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate.
