The Opportunity:

As Chief Financial Officer of this Aged Care Provider, you will play a key role in the Executive Team. Your oversight will encompass Residential, Retirement Living, and Home Care Services.

Key Information:

• An attractive salary on offer to be discussed on a candidate by candidate basis. 
• Some flexibility to work from home will be on offer, however it will be important to be a presence with the team. You will work closely with the Head Office and wider team. 
• A key aspect of your role will be effective Leadership of your Finance Team. 
• With your prior experience working in Aged Care, you will bring a sound understanding of industry specific legislation and regulatory requirements. 
• Bringing prior experience working on different Software you will continuously review best available in the market, and make relevant proposals as you see fit.
• Strategy and forecasting will be a key aspect of your role. You will need to be able to provide a reasonable and realistic budget without compromising on quality and compliance.
• You will report directly to the CEO. 

Requirements:

• Certified Accountant. 
• Prior experience working in a Senior Finance position within Aged Care - essential.
• Prior CFO experience desirable. Those with equivalent Senior experience within a larger provider also invited to express interest. 
• Alongside financial acumen, a 'people person.' This is a role where you will work closely with the team so an ability to build rapport and trust will be essential to your success. 
• A dynamic, innovative, and ethical approach to your work.
