What you'll be doing
The Program Manager, Digital Health Strategy manages the delivery of the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network (SCHN) and Children’s Comprehensive Cancer centre (CCCC) Digital Health Strategy from inception to completion, providing leadership, management, coordination and direction to teams delivering Digital Health projects.  
  1. Qualification and/or extensive experience in program management (e.g. DSDM Agile, or Health implementation experience) with demonstrable understanding of healthcare programs & an excellent knowledge of clinical & business processes
  2. Demonstrated management, personnel, financial, vendor, program & program management skills & experience including program design, implementation, reporting & evaluation to ensure high quality deliverables
  3. Demonstrated experience of implementing digital health solutions into a clinical environment, managing organisational change & the realisation of organizational benefits.
  4. Experience in quality & safety improvement & ideally a track record in working with government agencies that oversee these processes, such as the Clinical Excellence Commission (NSW), the Agency for Clinical Innovation (NSW) or equivalent agencies in other jurisdictions
  5. Demonstrated highly developed oral & written communication skills, particularly in reporting, public presentation & consultation, & the ability to negotiate and communicate with relevant internal & external stakeholders
  6. Demonstrated ability to lead a multidisciplinary team & influencing staff at all levels to ensure that all members of the team including users & stakeholders own program objectives
  7. Demonstrated staff performance management experience including building & maintaining high performance teams
  8. High level conceptual & analytical skills & the ability to foster a culture of learning by exploring creative solutions.
