About The Role
As a Senior Manager for Wholesale Digital Portfolio Management, you will be responsible for working with the Portfolio Director to ensure the day to day business management of the Wholesale Digital Portfolio business. This involves documenting strategies, implementing initiatives and managing ongoing BAU activities to improve the quality and run of the Wholesale Digital assets across an increasingly digital portfolio. 
Your role is a key supporting enabler within the business and you will also be responsible for ongoing business improvements to processes related to upgrades, measuring and structuring innovative initiatives and deliverables, reporting adherence to regulatory compliance requirements, together with driving benefits related to same. 
You will act as a control centre coordination point in designing, influencing and facilitating visibility across all activities within the Wholesale Digital Portfolio business. You will also contribute to strategy formulation more generally across Wholesale Digital and make a dynamic contribution towards future digital aspirations for the business which include thought leadership and innovation across the portfolio.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
  • Significant experience defining, communicating and implementing large-scale technology as well as business strategy, innovations and development of Strategy supporting same.

  • Proven experience in handling assets, project management, customer and team management. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. 

  • Demonstrated MIS reporting experience covering project, financials, and performance.

  • Commercial acumen including influencing, strategic and relationship skills particularly with senior executive stakeholders.

  • Expertise and thought leadership in innovation, R&D and contemporary technologies. Strong Strategic Thinker.

  • Broad and in-depth understanding of ANZ’s IT policies, procedures and standards, and process methodologies, covering both BAU and Program and Project Delivery aspects.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies

  • Experience with facilitating and managing customer workshops to structure initiatives and delivery pathways
