This critical position has oversight and management of the information, knowledge, records, data, business intelligence and data visualisation team/s.  The role is to provide thought leadership and initiate continuous improvement and innovation to improve service quality and integrity. Oversight of projects that are part of the business improvement program of work.  

Job Requirements:  

• Demonstrated knowledge and substantial experience with Data Vault 
• Demonstrated knowledge and substantial experience in managing and operating business applications, including application development, testing and support, customising third party packages and cloud services (SAAS, PAAS, IAAS) to maximise business value.
• Experience in managing and operating outsourced platforms and applications, including cloud based IAAS, SAAS, PAAS services, in a lean/agile environment including strong change and release management.
• Significant experience with and understanding of project, program and software delivery methodologies including Agile, Iterative, Waterfall and DevOps. 

Day to Day you will have the opportunity to: 

• Lead and Manage the day to day operations of the portfolio of Cenitex internal business systems and ensure the quality of the gathering for the design, build, test, implementation and support of Cenitex business systems, including on-premise and cloud based IAAS, SAAS and PAAS solutions.
• Be the thought leader and major driver of improvement in business technology, particularly knowledge management, information management, digital platforms, business intelligence and data visualisation, and identify opportunities for implementation of modern ICT practices including agile, lean and DevOps.
• Contribute to the development of the internal ICT strategy and be a leader in the development of the knowledge, information, records, data, business intelligence and reporting/data visualisation strategies. roadmaps, and works programs.
