About the role...
As we look to achieve our vision of being the Ultimate Surfing Company we have created a new position of GM Customer Experience and Loyalty to strengthen existing customer relationships, attract and obtain new loyal customers and create the most valuable, innovative and differentiated customer experience in the surf industry.
Overall objectives and responsibilities of this role include;
About you...
You will be qualified across Marketing, Digital or Communications with a strength in data analytics, loyalty and customer experience. You will have lead a Customer Experience transformation and strategy and have strong examples of how your programs and initiatives drove sales and increased engagement across customer segments. Ideally you will have experience across different customer segments within retail, wholesale and online and have a deep understanding of trends and analytics of customers in this space. We would love you to share our vision of being the Ultimate surfing company through your passion for the surf lifestyle and Rip Curl as a brand.
