Ivanhoe Girls’ Grammar School is one of Victoria’s leading independent schools, offering an open-entry all girls learning environment from the ELC to Year 12, and caters for a maximum of 1000 students.

Following a detailed review of structures that best promote academic excellence and outstanding pastoral care of our students, the School has a new exciting opportunity for a highly skilled, innovative and experienced educational leader to join our Executive Team.

The Director of Learning and Innovation (DoLI) will be responsible for the implementation of learning initiatives and innovative pedagogies across the Senior School and will oversees professional learning of Senior School teaching staff. The DoLI will also be responsible for the leadership development of Heads of Faculty, for continually enhancing the pedagogy of all Senior School teachers and for overseeing processes and events which develop the differentiation of teaching to meet individual students’ needs and improve learning outcomes for students.

This position is initially a 4 year appointment.
