This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Consultant to join their growing office supporting the South Island. Reporting to the Manager Southern, you will be part of a team responsible for working with clients to develop remuneration and performance solutions, facilitating training workshops and advising in areas such as job evaluation, remuneration, links between performance and pay and Executive reward. The business is building strength outside of New Zealand too.

You will be:

  • Providing thought leadership in Total Rewards and Performance Improvement

  • Influencing equitable reward and performance practices

  • Fronting Boards, CEOs and industry groups

  • Solving attraction and retention challenges through improving the client Employee Experience
     
  • Working with a team of Strategic Pay specialists - economists, organisational psychologists, HR leaders and analysts to develop bespoke client frameworksWorking on a variety of assignments, the Senior Consultant will take a lead role with the implementation of large projects across all areas of organisational development, remuneration and reward strategy.
