Role: Energy & Utilities - Consulting Leader
Location: Melbourne
Industry: Diversified
Reporting line: Client Partner, Australia or Head of Cognizant Consulting, Australia

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Work experience on any or multiple Energy & Utilities function areas like supply chain processes, digital commerce initiatives, customer experience, billing operations, trade management, distribution management, pricing and analytics, sales and operations management
  2. Be a Trusted Advisors to CxOs in the field of business, digital and technology led transformation especially focusing on:
    • EU domain-based solutions
    • digital consulting, with EU specific solutions
    • improvement of business processes and
    • implementation of large scale programmes
  3. Provide client centric consulting solutions, coaching and guiding key and senior client stakeholders on complex business issues and providing transformative guidance in the retail digital domains.
  4. Solid IT industry understanding and experience in leading transformation engagements within Energy & Utilities domain
  5. Demonstrable client engagement and transformation management skills, with excellent communication, presentation and facilitation capabilities
  6. Business development or consulting experience across expanding client relationships or enabling new opportunities / clients, solution shaping and pre-sales consulting
  7. Provide deal leadership and be integral part of the solution team; be a deal coach and advise the pursuit and solutioning team. Integrate and evolve solution across service lines
  8. Ability to maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders (internal/external)
  9. Good conflict management, negotiation, facilitation and prioritization skills
  10. Aptitude for critical and analytical thinking supported by out-of-the box solutions to business problems
  11. Positive thinker, highly flexible and willing to work independently as well as part of a team
  12. Responds to and deliver on customers request, maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings that meet or exceed company standards
  13. Establish and maintain customer relationships at Senior levels of the customer organization
  14. Ability to influence decisions through strong industry knowledge
  15. Establish thought leadership position with key stakeholders in the CXO organization and long-term relationships with key customers, resulting in trusted “Digital” partner status and repeatable revenue stream
