MELBOURNE BASED ROLES


The Accident Compensation Conciliation Service (ACCS) recently transitioned to become an Independent Statutory Body and is responsible for providing alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services for workers’ compensation disputes in Victoria.

The ACCS aims to resolve disputes in a fair, economical and informal manner. The ACCS promotes a culture of continuous service improvement and places the needs of users of the service at the centre of everything they do.

The ACCS is currently recruiting ADR professional/s to be Conciliation Officer/s with both experience and the dedication required to contribute to a high performing service organisation. ADR experience is essential.

 Key Conciliation Officer Requirements:

  • ADR experience is essential;
  • Experience as a Conciliator in an accident compensation setting and/or knowledge of the Victorian Workers Compensation system is highly desirable;
  • Strong leadership, adaptability and superior emotional intelligence are a must.
