Director ICT Client Services 

About the Role:

As Director ICT Client Services, you will lead a multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed team to deliver responsive, reliable and respectful technology support services, ICT change processes and incident and disaster recovery management. 

Your active engagement with ICT colleagues, internal stakeholders and external networks will drive technology solutions that balance user needs with government and AFSA’s requirements.

As a senior ICT and AFSA leader, you will role model a client focused, collaborative and high performing technology service delivery culture, supporting AFSA’s current and future business operations and requirements.

About You:

To achieve success in this role, you will have:

  • demonstrated experience leading diverse and dispersed teams to successfully deliver ICT change, services and solutions;
  • exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, able to confidently communicate technical information to varied audiences;
  • the ability to apply strategic thinking to achieve results and deliver ICT-enabled projects;
  • strong people management skills, that focus on developing others and motivating teams to be part of a positive, high performing culture.
