The Victorian Cancer Registry Division includes the population based Victorian Cancer Registry (VCR), the Victorian Family Cancer Genetics Service (VFCGS) and the Victorian Cancer Biobank (VCB) and is supported by the Victorian Government.

About your opportunity

We are seeking an experienced health research leader to join the Victorian Cancer Registry. Reporting to the CEO, Cancer Council Victoria, your role is to:

• Provide vision and leadership to deliver VCR’s strategic priorities
• Develop strong stakeholder relationships
• Build capacity and collaboration

We are looking for someone with:

• Well established research experience
• Strong people leadership skills
• Solid experience successfully managing health sector programs
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

This full-time, five year contract position provides a salary commensurate with the position level and experience plus superannuation, annual leave loading and the benefits of not-for-profit salary packaging and a meal entertainment card.
