The Opportunity
The Recruitment Team Leader manages a team of recruitment professionals, driving best practice of recruitment and on-boarding activities to ensure an efficient delivery of a positive experience at every step of the recruitment journey. You will be part of a growing and enthusiastic team who is passionate about improving the delivery of services and achieving goals set for the team.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide day to day supervision of recruitment team, monitor work performance and foster teamwork;
  • Lead, coach and develop the team in the provision of expert advice to deliver a high quality, efficient, and compliant recruitment advisory service;
  • Develop proactive recruitment strategies including bulk recruitment activities (assessment centres, talent pools) and periodic common role recruitment;
  • Conduct audits of the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure compliance with legislation, policies and procedures to address potential issues or risks;
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication, coaching, support and issues management.

Essential requirements:

  • Degree qualifications in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience;
  • Experience using human resource management systems such as SAP and TALEO and other corporate systems;
  • Demonstrated understanding of recruitment and workforce planning organisational design principles;
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.

Remuneration: the package includes the base salary range of ($109,079 – 131,382) plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
