Director, Strategy

As a Director, Strategy - your role will involve liaising, guiding and advising senior level executives and an array of stakeholders across multiple of business lines. As a result, this role requires the individual to be comfortable in managing the expectations of stakeholders, along with the ability to work to dead-lines and key measurables.
The successful candidate will enjoy solving complex problems and have a proven track-record and ability to think laterally in finding solutions. This role will involve conveying your findings in detailed expert reports, commentary and board papers - therefore an ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally is paramount.
You will bring with you prior experience working either within a Financial Services organisation or alternatively a Big 4 / Consulting firm as the advisor to Financial Services clients within your portfolio and have an intimate understanding of the industry.
