This position is required to provide advice on clinical products used as Inventory for NSW health Agencies to pursue value and optimise savings while maintaining clinical needs.

Selection Criteria:

1. Extensive experience in clinical product knowledge in a large and complex/diverse Health related organisation, including relevant qualifications or equivalent. This includes strong knowledge and practical experience in working with products and their application within a healthcare environment to ensure and maintain patient safety including appropriate management of product substitutions and recalls.
2. Strong analytical and communication skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information, prepare written reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions to optimise value and efficiencies.
3. Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
4. Proven high level engagement, collaboration and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to build maintain and use relationships with customers and stakeholders.
5. Strong collaboration skills to enable engagement with individual customers to achieve streamlined outcomes through coordination of relevant stakeholder input.
6. Proven capacity to develop, implement and promote Health initiatives relating to product management that impact customers including the capability to plan, manage change, improve performance and project manage.
