An exciting and pivotal opportunity exists for a strategic thinker with qualifications in planning and development, business or economic development within values-based environments.

Reporting to the CEO you will hold a key leadership position and be responsible for a portfolio of functions across planning and economic initiatives relating to the development of our city. Your directorate holds responsibility for the delivery of a range of services and programs that will allow our growth initiatives to be brought to fruition.

As part of a high performing and cohesive Executive Management Team you will be working closely in partnership with internal and external key stakeholders and particularly your own team. Your proven customer and community centric approach, coupled with your extensive experience in a comparable role of responsibility, will see you take the City of Bunbury's vision and mission forward into the future. A high level strategic thinker with relevant tertiary qualifications, exceptional communication skills at all levels, political nous, demonstrated leadership abilities and a proven ability to bring ideas from inception to completion will be showcased in this role.
