Meeting the future community and lifestyle vision for our region requires a unique professional with strong and diverse skills covering the key management areas of community development and place making, recreation and leisure centres and library services. You will have a can do attitude and a proven track record in bringing positive and lasting change in an increasingly challenging environment. We are moving in a new direction of place making and engagement and embedding this into the culture of the community and the organisation.
The successful applicant will join the Executive Leadership Team under a new organisational structure on a performance based employment contract of up to five years. The salary is negotiated dependent on qualifications and experience. Other benefits include but not limited to additional superannuation, private use of a vehicle, mobile phone, professional development and memberships.
