This is a rare opportunity to secure an aged care facility manager role only working nine days per fortnight. This is a role that you don't see often.
Our client is an established provider with a couple of successful facilities in the Sydney area. This role will oversee a small facility located in a beautiful area only twenty minutes from Sydney's CBD.

The RoleAs the Facility Manager your role will be to oversee the day to day operations of this impressive home.
The company are actively seeking a confident and experienced Facility Manager who wants to make this small facility there own.
- Working closely with your deputy to ensure the best possible clinical outcomes
- Managing rosters and staff coverage
- Overseeing recruitment of staff
- Marketing & promoting the facility within the local community
- Liaising with families and key stakeholders
- Working with the executive team to focus on strategic plans & continuous improvement
- Ensuring the facility provides outstanding customer service
Your Skills & Experience
- A strong background in nursing within the Aged Care industry (RN & AHPRA registration)
- Demonstrated leadership experience including mentoring and motivating staff
- Sound knowledge of Aged Care legislation, ACFI and Accreditation
- Experience at Facility Manager or Care Manager level (residential aged care)
- Good understanding of continuous improvement
- Excellent clinical skills
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to form relationships with key stakeholders
- A passion for progressing your managerial experience within aged care!
