As a newly formed Council, Norfolk Island Regional is offering an exciting opportunity for a qualified and motivated individual with broad governance experience to conduct risk management and internal audits of Council processes and structures whilst providing continuous improvement advice to relevant stakeholders.
Key factor in the role is that the appointee would be eligible for appointment to and/or to hold appointment as a statutory officer under various laws applicable to Norfolk Island.
To be successful in the role, you will have a tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, economics, business or risk management and relevant experience in a related field preferably in Local Government.
All NIRC Salary Rates are currently the subject of an Enterprise Bargaining process and are therefore subject to a potential change.
