My Client, and leading SAAS provider working in the field of Data Analysis and Visualisation are currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join their exciting operation and expanding team. Reporting to the CEO, you will be part of the Executive Management Team.

The role:
Leading the regional operations teams (Australia, Asia, Europe and Asia) and client support function, with responsibility for the delivery functions, project delivery (commercial, legal and delivery)

Create, implement and maintain business processes across the implementation and support functions, within the sales, development, finance, implementation and support areas.

Working with the executive team on strategies, target deliverables, KPI’s and forecasting. Managing key relationships with stakeholders and C-Suite clients, and gain feedback on the development and roadmap process.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following experience:
