ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will lead and empower a team of 8, including the HR Business Partners and OHS / Health and Wellbeing Advisors; this role reports in to the Human Resource Operations Manager.
To ensure success, we are seeking a professional with a proven background in both HR and OHS, who has exceptional stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills, demonstrating strong customer service values. You will be well versed in legislative requirements across both HR / OHS.
You will be highly regarded for your ability to be solution focussed combined with operational agility. Furthermore, you will have proven ability to shape policy, drive continuous improvement activities including across the employee life cycle, deliver end to end case management and effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders (staff, unions, industrial advisors, legal practitioners, WorkCover insurers and Worksafe).
