The City of Moreland is a fast growing city and home to more than 170,000 residents who are culturally and linguistically diverse, speaking more than 140 different languages. We are seeking a strategic and inspirational leader who is future focused and collaborative, with a track record of delivering results. You will be politically astute, have a strong community focus and demonstrate the ability to build and maintain relationships that support strategic outcomes.

You will drive an innovative and strategic approach to transitioning the municipality of Moreland towards a more environmentally sustainable future and a vision for zero carbon, zero waste and excellence in water sensitivity, all connected by a transport system that supports mode shift.  You will lead the transport, development advice and environmentally sustainable development team, delivering projects and services which will influence the way the city develops today and into the future.  You will also lead and embed a cross organisational focus on achieving these goals in all aspects of Council’s operations.
