Grow with us as a talented HR Business Partner / Manager to support and partner with our commercial business for Australia and New Zealand based in Pagewood. Reporting to the HR Director for ANZ you will be responsible for providing strategic counsel to the leadership teams and employees across Sales, Marketing, R&T, Finance, Legal and Corporate Communications.
Key to the success of this role will be your ability to provide HR best practice across a broad range of areas from talent management, culture and capability development through to organisational effectiveness. You will also work at the strategic level to create plans and think a bit differently to come up with innovative ideas around employee engagement and how this contributes to the success of Kellogg's ANZ.
As if this all wasn't enough, we'd like you to be the local HR Team SME on all things compensation, benefits & recognition, working closely with our Regional Total Rewards CoE team on comp and benefit activities for ANZ.
