In seeking to appoint a new CEO, Council is interested in applicants with demonstrable and successful experience in an executive leadership role. In short, to be competitive for this position, you will need the full suite of CEO competencies.  Just as importantly, Council intends to appoint a CEO who will bring innovation, agility, inspirational leadership, and a can-do attitude, with a strong focus on delivering meaningful outcomes.

The CEO of EMRC needs to lead major projects ensuring commercial returns are achieved, whilst maintaining a strong focus on community interests, sustainability and environment.

EMRC will offer the position on the basis of a contract of employment of up to five years with a total remuneration package in the range of $260,000 to $300,000.
