The incoming CEO has an exciting opportunity to progress the Town’s Strategic Community Plan 2027 “Claremont Ahead”. You will work with engaged and committed elected members, together with an experienced and high performing management team.

The CEO must be an outstanding administrator and manager of resources, able to build a positive and outcomes focused organisation culture, and be someone who is willing and capable of engaging effectively with elected members, the Town of Claremont community and a range of other stakeholders.

Council is interested in applicants who bring senior leadership capability and a diversity of experience, someone ready to step up to this critical leadership role. Council will appoint a CEO who is very much aligned with the values and vision of Council and the expectations of the community.

Council will offer a contract of up to five years duration, with a total remuneration package to be negotiated in the range of $200,000 to $240,000pa.
