People & Culture Manager - $125K + Super - Professional Services - Legal

Our client, a multi-disciplinary Firm located in the Sydney CBD, in stunning and modern offices, has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR/People & Culture Manager reporting to the CEO, to join their team of professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for driving the HR function in its entirety - autonomous role
  • Management of the recruitment function within the Firm – end to end including onboarding
  • Work alongside Practice Managers and Partners to ensure adequate staffing levels are in place
  • Planning and integration of HR policies, employee support, general programs and best practice
  • Payroll management
  • Preparation of variety of reports in relation to People & Culture
  • Internal and external stakeholder management
  • Other ad hoc administration in relation to your role
Skills and experience:
  • Demonstrated local experience in a similar role within Professional Services – 4 years+
  • Strategic thinker
  • Ability to set a vision and develop a quantitative strategy to gain commitment from all stakeholders
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised and efficient nature
  • Ability to go above and beyond
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Well presented and professional
  • Proficient MS Office skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a team environment – essential
