As Victoria's only state-wide health service, Ambulance Victoria (AV) occupies a unique role in the public health system. Last year, almost one million people experiencing a health emergency called on us for help. We continue to evolve our service to meet the growing and increasingly complex needs of Victorians, to connect every patient to the right pathway of care - often hospital emergency, but increasingly not. The Communications & Stakeholder Relations team has recently restructured to better support AV's journey to becoming a modern, digitally connected ambulance service.
