What we need

Someone with confidence. Someone who can pick up the phone and make connections and become an instrumental part of taking our growing Australian online career portals to the next level.

Based around an ethos of exceptional client service and quality content delivery – we are looking for someone who understands how not only to generate a ‘sale’ – but to build a long term client relationship through the delivery of a superior quality service and product.

With a subscription database of more than 140,000 professionals and a client base of more than 3000 government departments, education / research facilities and private companies – you will be handed a huge scope of warm and toasty leads to pursue.

The ideal candidate
Ideally someone with significant sales experience. Someone who gets excited by the idea of a totally new challenge, and has the ability to potentially grow a sales platform and team from the ground up. Someone looking for a change of pace or scenery – or someone with previous digital sales experience looking to re-enter the workforce.

You’ll need solid computer skills, with the ability to learn new systems as you go, and the vision to see potential improvements in them. If you’ve got experience in digital advertising – with knowledge of recruitment and the advertising cycles and requirements across the public and private sector - you would be ideal.

That said, should an application stand out from someone totally new to the game, with the drive and enthusiasm to start building their career – we will certainly give that due consideration.

How we roll
We are a casual, flexible, family friendly workplace. Our administration systems are custom built for functionality and expansion – and are designed to run remotely so the ability to work part of your hours from home will always be an option. 

We are a diverse team, looking for an outstanding sales individual with the ability to bring their own style, ideas, and creativity to a unique role in a lively workplace.

The money/hours bit
Initially looking for someone who can work 9-4 Mondays and either Wednesday or Thursday, with the potential to add more hours fairly quickly if the fit is right. Although office based to start with, once you’ve shown your abilities, and you’re comfortable in the role and with our systems, a flexible office/home work arrangement will be an option. 

Offering an initial package of base + Super + commissions, this structure is designed to reward you the more you grow the business. With a generous commission structure kicking in on a sliding scale from the moment you generate revenue  – potential earnings are capped by nothing more than your ability to work your magic!
