Are you and experienced Program Manager, passionate about Strategic Alignment, Ways of Working (Transformation) and Customer Experience? This role has it all. We are looking for an experienced leader to manage a program of initiatives that will drive forward and implement customer centric, tech-led digital transformation at Central Highlands Water.

The Role

You will be accountable for managing a program of organisation-wide strategic initiatives designed to ultimately improve our customer satisfaction ratings through increasing 'RASE' (results in Customer Reputation, Employee Alignment, Customer Satisfaction, Employee Engagement).  

You will oversee all 8 Strategic Initiative Groups (SIGs) related deliverables and outcomes to ensure our success, through the development, implementation and management of governance mechanisms and controls. Working collaboratively across the business you will assist in establishing a future state enterprise-wide PMO function. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for budgets, stakeholder engagement, communications and culture and leadership development whilst facilitating CHW to grow and change. 

About you

  • Are you passionate about managing a portfolio of strategic initiatives to improve customer outcomes
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, including story-telling, influencing and, stakeholder engagement
  • Can inspire and motivate others to continuously improve, develop and innovate
  • Have strong project management and governance knowledge and skills across both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
