Coordinated Engineering Services (CES) is a Tasmanian owned building services engineering consulting business servicing a broad range of clients and industries around the State. The organisation is in a significant growth phase and is now seeking a new General Manager to lead the CES team into the future and set the organisation up for continued success. Reporting to the Board, the General Manager will lead and drive the organisation’s future growth and business operations and develop and implement effective business strategies and programs. Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision will assist in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, enhancing organisational culture, improving performance and service levels, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, knowledge of business functions, a continuous improvement focus and strong budgeting and finance skills. Contemporary leadership and people management skills are essential, together with outstanding relationship building and stakeholder management skills. The position would ideally be suited to a professional engineer with relevant building services and management experience.
