Fusion Retail Brands is once again on the hunt for a new chief executive after Kevin Roberts announced he will depart the role for family reasons.

Fusion Retail Brands, the company behind labels such as JAG and Diana Ferrari, formed following Colorado’s collapse into receivership mid last year.

Mr Roberts announced he will remain a director of the company until a suitable replacement could be found.

Mr Robert’s resignation comes after the group announced a reshuffle of its director team, with Susan OIliver, Trevor Carroll and Jan Swinhoe all assuming senior roles within the group.
